Seven Roses was managing every order manually: WhatsApp messages, manual data entry into a spreadsheet, writing cards by hand. Eight steps per order, nothing connected, and no customer data being captured. Up to 20 minutes of admin per sale, 10 orders a day, 6 days a week; with nothing to show for it long-term.





I built an ecosystem where the systems talk to each other and one form submission triggers everything. Airtable populates itself, the card link generates, the driver gets notified. Every order now builds a customer record. Eight steps became two, and those two are the ones that maintain the personal touch.​
